Now you can communicate directly with our technicians 7 days a week and 24 hours a day. To use it you have to have the technical support service contracted.


One of the important points to keep in mind is that this line is reserved only for stations that are off the air.

How to access the phone number

1) Go to www.dinesat.com and click on “Login”.

2) Enter your username and password.

3) Go to the “Support” tab.

4) Select the “Off Air” option and dial the number on your phone.

And that's it, our technicians will answer your call and solve the problem so that you can continue on the air.

Benefits of having the technical service

  • 24/7 telephone line for you to call us when you are out of air.
  • Priority attention via email for other problems, not related to air emission. On working days, from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., and from 2 p.m. to 6 p.m. (GMT-03:00 - Argentina)
  • Remote assistance by TeamViewer, or Anydesk.
