It's a post-sale service that is acquired with the license, or after acquiring the license.
It depends on the version of the product that the client had and it's aimed to those who wants to learn the functions of the software step by step.
It's done remotely (through Zoom or Google meet after scheduling) and it's dictated by our technicians.
The role of who will receive the training is taken into account ( operators, editors, IT personal and more). According to that, we show the different workflows for each sector.
In these connections we can also talk about technical aspects (storage configuration, which cards should be used in certain cases, and more).
