If you have a Dinesat's one-payment license, you may have seen this:

What does it mean when Dinesat asks for a new code? Well, it is very simple.

Dongle licenses (or USB keys) have an internal security system, which is activated under different circumstances.

The most commons are:

  • During the first installation.
  • When the license is installed on a different computer.
  • When removing the key and replacing it.

How do I request a new code at Dinesat?

The first thing you should do is copy the current code, which appears in the first field.

Then, you must go to your email and write to [email protected] requesting a new code, and indicating the current one (the one you've copied in the previous step).

We will respond to you from that same email and we will send you the new code. You must copy and paste it in the second field (where it says "new code") and, finally, click on "OK".
